Terms of Service

Last Modified: October 19, 2021

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are between Burke Costanza & Carberry LLP (the “Firm” or “Steadfast Law”), a law practice licensed in the State of Indiana and you (“You” or “you” or “subscriber” or “member”). Your agreement to these Terms and the Privacy Policy is necessary if you wish to participate in the Steadfast Law Program (the “Program”).

Acceptance of These Terms

By being a member of the Program, you accept the Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, please cancel your account.

Changes to These Terms

From time to time, Steadfast Law may modify these Terms. If such a modification is made, Steadfast Law will notify you by email, assuming you’ve successfully confirmed your email address using the link in the welcome email. Any changes to these Terms will only apply after the date of any such change.

Attorney-Client Relationship

By joining Program, you will have an attorney-client relationship with Burke Costanza & Carberry LLP. An attorney-client relationship will not be formed until you have received a confirmation email of the activation of your account. If we determine there is a conflict of interest, there will be no attorney-client relationship. The initial payment is automatically delayed by 5 days for all new clients to give the Firm a chance to perform a conflict of interest check.  If the conflict of interest check takes longer than 5 days and a conflict of interest was determined, your initial payment will be refunded. If you terminate your membership of the Program, the attorney-client relationship will end.

Confidentiality

Steadfast Law has an ethical obligation to keep your information confidential. Unless you give your express, written permission, your attorney will only communicate with you directly about your legal matters.

Eligibility

To be eligible for The Steadfast Law Program, you must be at least 18 years of age. Steadfast Law has the right to reject anyone for any reason, or for no reason at all. If you have a conflict of interest with a current client (as solely determined by Burke Costanza & Carberry LLP), you will not be able to join The Steadfast Law Program.
